Orion, Miguel, and John Wayne

A young friend of mine called a few weeks ago asking if I could take some pictures for her. She is serving our country in the Navy and wanted some pictures taken of her with her two co-workers who also just had babies. These three have been stationed together during their pregnancies, and they all three had boys.

So, I show up at the park expecting to get a few shots of Mommas and babies, but what I find is a yummy cookout, three precious families, and my own little shooting area complete with a black sheet on the ground and a green tent for shade. What more could a photographer want??

First up is Orion - the youngest in the group. He decided he would rather sleep than party. This baby has the most amazing head of dark hair.
And here is Miguel Angel V. At four months old, he was wide awake and very curious about the big black contraption I kept pointing at him. Miguel's daddy is the same Miguel from a few posts back who was deployed several weeks ago.

And here is John Wayne. I have been taking this baby's picture since the moment he was born. He is six months old now and as cute as ever!
